These terms govern the use of the MÖRK app for tracking utility meter readings and calculating amounts due. By installing the app, you agree to these terms.
Versions and features
MÖRK is available in a free version with basic features and an extended version by subscription. The features of each version are listed on the home page. Prices are not shown on this site — the current price in your currency is shown on the purchase screen in the App Store.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically for a new period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel through your Apple ID settings, outside the app.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple under the App Store's terms — MÖRK has no access to payments and cannot issue a refund directly.
Limitation of liability for calculations
MÖRK helps calculate the amount based on the readings and rates you enter yourself. The app does not guarantee the absence of errors in entered data or in the supplier's rates. The final reconciliation of the amount with the utility provider is the user's responsibility.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved at the provider's place of registration, as stated in the Impressum , unless applicable law requires otherwise.
