Got a calculation from your tenant? Here's what it is and where the number came from
MÖRK is the app your tenant used to work out the amount and send you a finished calculation. It doesn't collect any data about you — everything stays on the device of the person entering the readings. You can run all your own properties the same way — the app opens straight away, no account needed.
Readings, the calculation, and a message — all in one place
It all stays on your iPhone.
Why it's convenient
Readings, rates, extra charges, and the final amount in one place. No need to keep last month's numbers in your head or dig up last year's notebook.
The app puts together the text with the readings, consumption, and amount, and shows it exactly as it will look in the chat. The landlord gets a calculation instead of a bare photo of the meter.
If a new reading is lower than the previous one, or consumption jumps far outside the usual range, the app warns you before you save it. One wrong digit is a tenfold difference in money.
Rates have a history. A new rate applies from the date it took effect; older periods are still calculated at the old one. Nothing needs to be recalculated.
Multi-rate meters are entered as a single device with several digit groups. Waste collection, the building association, internet, and other fixed charges are added into the same total — the calculation comes out complete, not "utilities here, everything else there."
You can attach a photo of the display to every entry. If a question comes up about a particular month six months later, there's something to look at — for both sides.
What the message looks like
Are you a tenant?
Submit your readings in 40 seconds. A typical apartment with four utilities fits entirely into the free version — with no time limit.
Your data never leaves the device
Readings, photos, and calculations are stored on your iPhone. MÖRK has no servers of its own — there's nowhere for your data to go.
No account, no password, no phone number. The app opens and works right away.
No analytics, no advertising SDKs, no trackers. No one counts how many properties you have or for how much.
Backup is your own iCloud only, if you turn it on. More in the privacy policy.
